1. Factory Headquarters
Address: No. 1969, Dongfeng Avenue, Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hubei Province. It has two major production bases in Wuhan (Plant 1 and Plant 2), with a total daily production capacity of 730 units (450 units/day for Plant 1 and 280 units/day for Plant 2).
Scale: Covering an area of over 1 million square meters, it includes four core process workshops (stamping, welding, painting, assembly) and a R&D center, with a planned annual production capacity of 240,000 units.
2. Manufacturing Capabilities and Categories
Product Positioning: Focuses on the R&D and production of passenger vehicles, covering fuel-powered vehicles (e.g., Yixuan, Haohan) and new energy vehicles (NEVs) (e.g., SKY EV01 pure electric SUV), while accelerating the transition to electrification.
3. Quality Control Capabilities and Factory Features
Automation and Intelligence:
The automation rate of the welding workshop exceeds 90%, with the introduction of robot island technology. The production takt time has increased from 26 JPH (Jobs Per Hour) to 30 JPH, reducing 12 manual positions per island. The engine manufacturing center has an automation rate of 79%, adopting technologies such as FANUC 3D vision-guided automatic loading and Siemens RFID radio frequency traceability, with the precision of key processes controlled within 0.1mm.
Full-Process Management and Control:
The assembly workshop ensures rapid ramp-up of new models through two-shift production and strict employee skill training (e.g., "senior employees transferred to Class B positions, new employees starting from Class C"). A digital management system has been introduced to realize full lifecycle quality traceability from raw materials to finished vehicles.
4. Core Components
Powertrain:
Fuel engines are produced by Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën Xiangyang Plant, adopting PSA technology (e.g., 1.6THP engine) with a maximum power of 150 horsepower, widely used in models like Yixuan. New energy vehicles are equipped with independently developed motors and electronic control systems, with some key components (e.g., batteries) cooperating with suppliers such as CATL.
Other Components: Core parts like Valeo intelligent headlights and Dongfeng Lear electric seats have achieved localized supply.
