The welding workshop has an automation rate exceeding 90%, equipped with over 400 Fanuc robots. Laser welding accounts for 80% of the process, with full-process monitoring of weld quality. The assembly workshop adopts a torque tracking system with a 10-year traceability, controlling the defect rate below 1%. Key processes use AR glasses for inspection and industrial internet-based operations to improve precision.
