Ultimate Materials: Building a Safety "Fortress"

 

The proportion of materials above high-strength steel in the entire vehicle exceeds 83.2%, reaching the top level in the industry.

The length of 2000MPa hot-formed materials reaches 12.48m (the strength of 2000MPa is approximately equivalent to a fingernail bearing the weight of two elephants).

A 1500MPa integrated hot-formed door ring and 1500MPa A-pillar inner panel are adopted to lay a solid safety foundation for the passenger compartment.

Ultimate Design: Creating a Core Framework

 

It is equipped with hot gas inflatable tube beams, which run through the A-pillar, B-pillar, and even the C-pillar, with a single-side length of 2.08m, providing core framework support for the ultra-high strength of the entire vehicle.
