新能源汽车电池防护等级IP67是什么意思?

       谈到电动车的动力电池时,我们常常会听到“保护等级达到IP67以上”的说法。它究竟意味着什么?
       IPXX标准是一种安全保护等级,它定义了界面对液体和固体颗粒的保护能力,并展示了一件物品的防尘防水能力。IP67里的数字6表示物体防尘的能力,而7的数字则表示防水能力。无论防尘或防水,均以0为起始,其中防尘能力用0-6表示,而防水为0-8的8位数,用0-8这9个数字表示,数值越大,表明防护等级越高。IP67中数字6是防尘能力的最高级别,表明它能完全阻止外部物品的尘埃侵入;而7则表明电池有抗短时浸泡能力,以及在常温常压下,外壳暂时浸没于1M深处(通常需要30分钟)。

        从中不难看出,纯电动车电池保护等级IP67可满足一般涉水行驶而不受损坏。因此从整体上看,一般路面积水,或短时间涉水,根本不会对电池造成短路等不良影响,因此,用户在雨天或路面积水时,电动车即使储存了大量高压电的动力电池,也能完全正常使用,装在底盘上,也没关系。由于纯电动车电池的防护等级要高于传统燃油车发动机,因此消费者在用车过程中,也不必过于谨慎,因为纯电动汽车也只是代步工具。

        然而,尽管电动车电池防水能力很高,但不宜轻易涉水。一是电池防护等级达到IP67,不等于车辆其他部位的防护等级IP67,容易涉水,若水位足够高,容易涉水,水流从缝隙中漫过车厢,导致汽车进水,导致低压电器损坏或短路;另一方面,水底情况错综复杂,车辆涉水可能因水体混浊等原因,不能看到底部情况,导致电池外壳上有托底或刮伤,使电池损坏,造成电池进水或者由于挤压,穿刺引起短路,引发燃烧事故。

       因此,电池的防护等级高达IP67,目的在于保护电池,而非方便使用者涉水。

It is not difficult to see that the battery protection level of pure electric vehicles (IP67) can meet the requirements of normal wading without damage. Therefore, generally speaking, water on the road, or wading in the water for a short time, will not cause short circuit and other adverse effects on the battery. Therefore, when the user is in the rain or water on the road, even if the electric vehicle has stored a large amount of high-voltage power battery, it can be fully used normally, and it doesn't matter if it is installed on the bottom plate. Because the protection level of pure electric vehicle battery is higher than that of traditional fuel vehicle engine, consumers need not be too cautious when using the vehicle, because pure electric vehicle is only a means of transportation.

However, although the electric vehicle battery has high waterproof capacity, it should not wade easily. First, the protection level of the battery reaches IP67, which is not equal to the protection level of other parts of the vehicle. It is easy to wade. If the water level is high enough, it is easy to wade, and the water flow overflows the compartment from the gap, causing water to enter the vehicle, causing damage or short circuit of low-voltage electrical equipment; On the other hand, the underwater condition is complex. The vehicle wading in water may not be able to see the bottom condition due to water turbidity and other reasons, resulting in the bottom or scratch on the battery shell, causing damage to the battery, causing water ingress into the battery or short circuit due to extrusion and puncture, leading to combustion accidents.

Therefore, the protection level of the battery is as high as IP67, which aims to protect the battery, rather than facilitate the user to wade.
