极能芯生,正力新能独创“三大极能电芯技术”

  一直以来,行业内普遍认为高能量密度和超快充难以同时兼顾。正力新能基于LISA3-2-1 研发战略,独创具有行业开创性的正力极能技术电芯体系,并推出在满足300Wh/kg的基础上,最大可实现4C快充的46尺寸大圆柱电芯;基于该大圆柱电芯,发布了目前新能源乘用车行业最高的170kWh“正力·骐龙”电池系统。

  新能源汽车市场的快速发展对电池安全、能量、寿命和充电速度提出了更高的要求。大圆柱电池由于其单体能量相对较小安全性高、对极致化学体系兼容性好,且制造成本低、易于标准化等特点,越来越受到中高端乘用车市场的青睐。

  为极致拓展电芯性能和安全,降低成本,正力新能依托极能技术电池体系,在行业独创“极能环、极能盖、极能态”三大核心技术,推出了目前业内最大尺寸的46圆柱电芯,单体容量达到49.5Ah,满足超安全、超高能量密度、超长寿命和快充性能。

  极能环:传统 4680圆柱电芯正负极采用异侧设计,电子传输路径过长,内阻偏大。正力新能独创同侧出极耳技术,可大幅度缩短电子传输路径,降低欧姆电阻。相较于全极耳技术,同侧出极耳设计可以将大圆柱电芯电子路径缩短80%、欧姆阻抗下降 30%,体积利用率提升3%。

  极能盖:正力新能将传统的氟橡胶密封圈设计升级为刻蚀纳米注塑技术,相较于传统的顶盖集成技术,成本可降低10%;PPS与顶盖、极柱表面形成纳米级的锚栓结构和化学键结合,氦检气密性是传统密封圈水平的100倍。

  极能态:即双重半固态电芯技术。正力新能研发了超高镍正极材料的固态电解质表面修饰技术和固态电解质复合隔膜技术。得益于此,大圆柱电芯的失效起始温度提升10°C,失效最高温度降低150°C。功率性能改善上,零下20°C 低温功率提升了20%。

  专利方面,截至目前,正力极能电芯技术已经拥有 291 项专利布局,其中纳米注塑25项、高镍+硅碳 64 项、半固态技术 16 项、圆柱电芯技术 125 项、圆柱电池包技术 61 项。

  超安全:正力·骐龙采用了热电分离技术,电芯失效时防爆阀向下喷发排气,保证乘员舱的安全;多重侧面热防护技术,实现电池包级别的永不热扩散(NTP),从而实现电池包的极致安全。

  超高能量密度:正力新能46系列大圆柱电芯采用超高镍正极+高硅负极的材料体系,电芯能量密度达到306Wh/kg;系统能量密度超245Wh/kg,整包电量高达 170kWh,是目前国内乘用车最大电量电池系统。

  超长寿命:正力·骐龙采用系统高效均衡热管理,并通过单路U形循环水路、多支路并联、热阻均衡逆向设计等保证电池工作环境的一致性,从而保障整车全生命周期内可以实现100万公里的超长续航。

  快充方面:正力·骐龙采用800V高压快充平台电气设计和系统超强热管理。可以支持4C快速充电,充电10分钟续航500公里。实现纯电MPV车型满电续航1000公里以上,真正做到,千里奔赴,一充即达。

  “正力·骐龙”大圆柱电池已于2023年完成装机测试,并且已由整车厂送检第三方权威检测机构,46大圆柱电芯及正力·骐龙电池系统获得了多项检测认证证书。

"Three Major Extreme Energy Cell Technologies" Created by Zhongli New Energy

It has always been widely believed in the industry that high energy density and ultrafast charging are difficult to balance at the same time. Based on the LISA3-2-1 R&D strategy, Zhengli New Energy has created an industry-leading Zhengli Extreme Energy technology battery cell system, and has launched a 46 size large cylindrical battery cell that can achieve 4C fast charging at a maximum of 300Wh/kg; Based on this large cylindrical battery cell, the highest 170kWh "Zhengli Qilong" battery system in the new energy passenger vehicle industry has been released.

The rapid development of the new energy vehicle market has put forward higher requirements for battery safety, energy, lifespan, and charging speed. Large cylindrical batteries are increasingly favored in the mid to high end passenger car market due to their relatively small individual energy, high safety, good compatibility with extreme chemical systems, low manufacturing costs, and ease of standardization.

In order to maximize the performance and safety of battery cells, reduce costs, Zhengli New Energy relies on the polar energy technology battery system, and has independently created three core technologies in the industry: polar energy ring, polar energy cover, and polar energy state. It has launched the largest 46 cylindrical battery cells in the industry, with a single capacity of 49.5 Ah, meeting the requirements of ultra safety, ultra-high energy density, ultra long lifespan, and fast charging performance.

Extreme Energy Ring: The traditional 4680 cylindrical battery cell adopts opposite side design for the positive and negative poles, resulting in a long electron transmission path and high internal resistance. Zhengli Xinneng has independently created the same side outlet ear technology, which can significantly shorten the electronic transmission path and reduce the Ohmic resistance. Compared to full pole ear technology, the same side outlet ear design can shorten the electronic path of large cylindrical cells by 80%, reduce Ohmic impedance by 30%, and increase volume utilization by 3%.

Extreme cover: Zhengli Xinneng has upgraded the traditional fluororubber sealing ring design to etching nano injection molding technology, which can reduce costs by 10% compared to traditional top cover integration technology; PPS forms a nanoscale anchor bolt structure and chemical bonding with the top cover and pole surface, and the helium gas tightness is 100 times higher than that of traditional sealing rings.

Polar state: refers to the technology of dual semi-solid battery cells. Zhengli Xinneng has developed solid-state electrolyte surface modification technology and solid-state electrolyte composite separator technology for ultra-high nickel cathode materials. Thanks to this, the initial failure temperature of the large cylindrical battery cell increased by 10 ° C, and the maximum failure temperature decreased by 150 ° C. In terms of power performance improvement, the low-temperature power at minus 20 ° C has increased by 20%.

In terms of patents, as of now, Zhengli Extreme Energy Cell Technology has 291 patent layouts, including 25 nano injection molding, 64 high nickel+silicon carbon, 16 semi-solid state technologies, 125 cylindrical cell technologies, and 61 cylindrical battery pack technologies.

Super Safe: Zhengli Qilong adopts thermoelectric separation technology, and when the battery cell fails, the explosion-proof valve sprays downward to exhaust, ensuring the safety of the passenger compartment; Multiple side thermal protection technology achieves non thermal diffusion (NTP) at the battery pack level, thereby achieving the ultimate safety of the battery pack.

Ultra high energy density: The Zhengli New Energy 46 series large cylindrical battery cells adopt a material system of ultra-high nickel positive electrode and high silicon negative electrode, with an energy density of 306Wh/kg; The system has an energy density of over 245Wh/kg and a total battery capacity of up to 170kWh, making it the largest battery system for domestic passenger cars.

Ultra long lifespan: Zhengli Qilong adopts efficient balanced thermal management system, and ensures the consistency of the battery working environment through single U-shaped circulating water circuit, multi branch parallel connection, thermal resistance balance reverse design, etc., thereby ensuring that the vehicle can achieve an ultra long endurance of 1 million kilometers throughout its entire lifecycle.

The "Zhengli Qilong" large cylindrical battery has completed installation testing in 2023 and has been sent for inspection by a third-party authoritative testing agency by the vehicle factory.
